I created the background pattern myself, and got the dog collar, dog tag and felt paw pads from Calico Designs, a GREAT resource for digital scrapbooking that has plenty of freebies.

FYI, that expression on Shorty’s face is pretty much his default. We make a lot of “HUHHHH?” and “WHAAAA?” comments at his expense.
